Our Product Development Framework

Our platform primarily focus on the needs of cross-departmental operations and processing large-scale data for enterprises. As a result, we have adopted the SAFe 6.0 (Scaled Agile Framework) — a product development framework combining the Agile & Lean mindset, designed for large-scale teams and complex solutions. Currently, Mobio can be considered one of the first companies in Vietnam to successfully adopt SAFe 6.0 in its software development process.

Job Description

Job Purpose

At Mobio, a Project Manager’s success is measured by more than just finishing “outputs” or “deliverables” (like completing a module or some features). You are responsible for leading projects toward meaningful outcomes that deliver real value to our clients and users.This outcome-driven approach reflects Mobio’s core identity as a solution provider Our projects are large-scale implementations, not just building products based on a fixed design. By the end of a project, you should be able to clearly answer: “What value was achieved?”

Background Info

  • Role/Title: Project Delivery Manager (Mid – Senior Level)
  • Department: Project Delivery
  • Report to: Head of PD (Team leader)
  • Location: Hanoi (HQ) or Ho Chi Minh City office. Business travel may be required based on project needs.

Your responsibilities

Presales & Pre-project work (20 – 30%)

  • Collaborate with Sales/AM to organize solution introductions, POCs, demos, and workshops.
  • Filter client requirements and work with the Product Team to evaluate feasibility, solutions, and workload.
  • Consult with clients on the solution, implementation processes, and operational handovers.
  • Partner with clients to transform initial ideas into actionable projects.
  • Deliverables: Proposals, bidding documents, contracts, payment records, and sales support materials for Sales/AM.

Project Delivery (60 – 80%)

Perform all standard Project Management functions. Since this JD is for Mid/Senior levels, Mobio will not detail every task. However, we are providing the following background to help you better visualize the nature of the work at our company:

  • Since Mobio provides packaged product lines, project scope must be strictly managed within our product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Our primary clients are banks and large enterprises with established workflows. You must ensure seamless alignment between the client’s project management processes and Mobio’s.
  • Managing the transition from Project to Operations effectively is essential. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and maintain close coordination for a period post-launch to guarantee the client operates the solution successfully and achieves the anticipated value.

Miscellaneous (5%)

Participate in developing and improving processes, documentation, and coaching/training to enhance the capabilities of the team and the organization.

Top performers in this role will demonstrate

Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Middle to Senior Project Manager/Project Lead in enterprise technology solutions (B2B)
  • Technical Background is not required. We emphasize communication, consulting, coordination, and stakeholder expectation management over technical direction.
  • English from Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Core Skills: Beyond basic soft skills of a Project Manager (communication, teamwork, presentation), you need strong logical and systems thinking to handle complex technology solutions. Additionally, stakeholder management is considered a critical skill at Mobio.
  • AI-driven Productivity: Demonstrated ability to integrate Generative AI into the project management lifecycle. Proactively utilizes AI tools to streamline documentation and data-driven decision-making, ensuring high-speed and high-quality project delivery.

Preferred (Bonus points):

  • Understanding of business operations in Marketing, Sales, and Service.
  • Experience working in the BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
  • Familiarity with bidding and procurement processes.
