Our Product Development Framework
Our platform primarily focus on the needs of cross-departmental operations and processing large-scale data for enterprises. The “solution-oriented” nature of Mobio’s products stands out above the general standard in the market. As a result, we have adopted the SAFe 6.0 (Scaled Agile Framework) — a product development framework combining the Agile & Lean mindset, designed for large-scale teams and complex solutions. Currently, Mobio can be considered one of the first companies in Vietnam to successfully adopt SAFe 6.0 in its software development process.

Job Purpose
True to its name, the Growth team serves as the driving force behind sustainable success for both our customers and Mobio. The department’s goal is to build trusting relationships with clients—by leveraging insights, experience, and specialized expertise in our products, industries, and business operations—to advise and implement an optimal solution roadmap for them. By demonstrating the value our solutions can deliver, we ensure customers stay with us longer and expand the scope of our collaboration. This can be summed up in our guiding principle: Retention & Growth.
Info Background
If you take on this role, you will:
- Hold the title of Growth Manager (GM) and report directly to the COO.
- There are multiple GMs in Mobio, each GM will oversee multiple accounts. The allocation of accounts by segment, quantity, market, and vertical will be determined by the COO, based on the strengths, capabilities, and strategic direction of the organization and the individual.
- Each GM will directly manage and coordinate a small team of Customer Success (2-4 members) – forming a Growth team. The CS team will be the daily point of contact with business users to promote and execute the operational strategy outlined by the GM for their assigned accounts.
- The current customer portfolio is allocated according to the following proportions, which may be adjusted depending on Mobio’s development stage and growth strategy:
- (80%) Focus primarily on the BFSI sector and Ent/Ent+ clients in the post-sales phase. The main customer base is currently in Vietnam, with plans to gradually expand to regional countries within the next 1-2 years.
- (20%) Engage with mid-size clients of other pricing packages, from the pre-sales phases to post-sales.
- Work location: Mobio has 2 offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and current customers are also located in these two major cities. Mobio is looking for 2 individuals for this position, 1 in Hanoi and 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. GMs will be required to travel for work purposes as needed and when Mobio expands to regional markets.
- Collaborate closely with the following internal teams to achieve your goals:
- Technical Service: The team responsible for ensuring system stability, upgrades and coordinating with technical stakeholders.
- PMs, POs & SAs (Product Managers, Product Owners & Solution Architects): They provide consultation to the Growth team on products during solution advising, gather feedback, and improve the product.
Your impact
Below are the Growth team’s responsibilities (including you as the Growth Manager and the Customer Success team you manage). You will have the autonomy to allocate resources within your team to execute the following tasks:
(1) Being a trusted solution advisor
- Develop plans and strategies to leverage solutions for clients, accompanying them throughout the entire journey from onboarding to adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Assist clients to use the product regularly and effectively (increase engagement, adoption, and utilization rate).
- Advise on feature upgrades and solution expansions.
- Communicate and demonstrate the value that the solution can bring to clients.
(2) Voice of Customer
- Receive, empathize, and resolve customer issues, from inquiries, feedback, to issues/bugs.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team.
(3) Account management
- Understand the client’s organizational structure, maintain communication, and establish regular checkpoints with key stakeholders.
- Leverage your expertise, knowledge and understanding of the clients’ needs to build a trusting relationship.
- Execute the renewal and expansion processes.
(4) Others
- Work with clients from various product packages tailored for medium-sized enterprises, spanning the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Above all, you are empowered to innovate and will get all the needed support from other teams to undertake whatever tasks you deem necessary to achieve the Retention & Growth objectives!

Knowledge & Experience
- Good business acumen, with an understanding of how businesses grow and how marketing, sales, and service operations function.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling/implementing/consulting in Marketing, CRM, CDP, Loyalty solutions, and/or other solutions of similar nature and scale.
- 3-5 years of experience working with clients or being a part of the BFSI sector or large-scale enterprises.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present issues clearly and deliver coherent presentations.
- Confidence and capability to directly engage with senior-level stakeholders: managers, directors, and C-level executives.
- Sharp observation skills, analytical abilities, and research skills, as the role requires interpreting data and metrics to derive customer insights and provide recommendations.
- Negotiation, persuasion, stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.

- Competitive income package based on ability and experience, including a fixed salary and commission. The commission portion will be at least 25-30% of your total income. Naturally, it will be higher if your capabilities allow you to manage more accounts and effectively drive expansion.
